Kelly is a great host. She cooked me big healthy Asian breakfast to boost me from the exhaustion that I got from the sun that illuminated its light above Austin.
During the 3 months in South Carolina, I quite had a lot of Asian food because I brought lots of Thai ingredients such as fish sauce, shrimp paste, soy sauce, etc. And my neighbors were from the Philippines so we shared Asian food. But over all, the food I had in South Carolina wasn't the extreme Asian food like what Kelly cooked me.
It is extreme Asian food, isn't it?
Isn't she a brilliant host?
Janet (Kelly's roommate) is a Asian. She loves cooking so she has a lot of Asian ingredients in the apartment. And I was amazed to see all precious stuffs in her kitchen.
When I was an exchange student in Nacogdoches, Texas. Asian ingredients were very very hard to find. The only things I could find were instant Pad Thai in the box, and some paste. I even had to ask my mom to ship me fish sauce and dried mango.
After I got a new lease of life from the great breakfast, we dressed up and continued hitting Austin again.
As I said, I am addicted to art.

Lorena came with us too!
We took a tour around the museum. There were lots of beautiful painted pictures. And there was an excibition of urban funitures too.
At the museum, there was a room that has papers, color pens, and stamps for the guests to draw. I don't know what was the point of the room. But I guess it's for the inspiration.
When I go to museum, I sip the soul of the artist on their creations hanging on the wall and laying on the floor. All these precious brilliance inspired me to create imagination in my head. And I draft the imagination onto the papers in that room in the museum.
And this time the only thing I had in my head was this.
Then Lorena had to leave for work. So there were Kelly and me walking around downtown Austin again. The sun did a great job as usual. So we stopped at Starbucks on the conner to get a grande cup of khaki rain from heaven.
We went to lots of places. Mostly artistic ones. I could not take photograph at some places because it was not allowed. But I usually bring some things form places I go such as tickets, namecards, maps, bills, etc. So if in case I can't take memory though photograpgh, I still have something touchable to keep.
I usually keep all these papers with me when I travel. And when I get back to the places I stay, I attach the papers into my travel books. And finally I got a collection of precious and touchable memories.
Downtown Austin is one of the best neighberhoods to walk around. You will see a diverse of people and places down the streets everywhere around the conners. Everything was so beautiful, the style of arhitectures, people, plants, flowers, the decoration of the shops, and even bus stops.
I really love Austin.
Then Kelly and I went back to the apartment to get a rest again because we were extremely exhausted.
But before I took an afternoon nap, I surfed on facebook and I saw a beautiful friend of mine named Brandi updated her status, "You are happy because..." and let people leave comments the reason of theur happiness.
So I left, "I am happy because I am in Austin and I want to see you."
A few minutes later, Brandi sent me a private message and invited me to hang out with her.
I saw no reason to reject this special invitation.
Breandi Anderson is one of the most beautiful, talented, precious, intelligent, and amazing lady I have ever known in my life. I got to know her when I was a journior in high school in Nacogdoches, TX.
The first time I met her was at the Back to School dance at the school. I could feel that this lady is a very nice one form her freindly smile to a new friend like me. Her smile was full of kind-hearted freindship which made me desire to know her more. But I was too shy to do so. So I only gave a smile back to her.
Months later, a close friend of mine name Cristina invited me to hangout with her and Brandi at Brandi's house.
I had a great time chitchating with these ladies. And I got to know more about Brandi Anderson.
She has an aroma of wisdom all around her body. Wisdom of creative and thoughtful minds which can transmit into photography, graphic design, and her thoughts .
And I got to meet her again in a sexy city called Austin.
She went to pick me up at Kelly's apartment.
She apearred in a sky blue dress with a short haircut. The aroma of wisdom was spreading all around as usual.
We went to her house to hangout. She introduced me a comedy program on TV. It was pretty funny, but most of the jokes were about American, I didn't quite get it that much. But Brandi was a precious host. She turned of the TV and introduced me another interesting thing instead.
My lungs have to thank her a lot for two new delight joys she introduced.
After we had a great time at her apartment. Brandi, her friend Anna, and I went to a nice Mexican restaurant called Guerro's on South Congress Avenue.
We all wanted to order some alcohol drinks, but poor me, I was only 20 which was not allowed to order any alcohol in America.
We tried so hard to beg the waitress to allow me to. But well, she did good at her job, she did not allow me.
Brandi order chicken taco which was different from what I always had in Texas.
Taxo usually comes in a big floured sheet. But the taco at Guerro's came in tiny sheets, on sheet for one bite. Very lovely.
Great food, good place, and gorgeous ladies. Over all, I had a very precious day.

I got back to Kelly's apartment. Lorena had time to meet us, and Kelly's friend from Nacogdoches just moved to live in Austin. So we wanted to reunite.
We did it at Spider House, the place of joy. It's near Ken's Doughnuts and Pastries, Toyjoy, and some other coo places. So I did walk around again with Lorena to soak the night Austin breeze. I went to a gas station to buy some more ciggy, and I went to Toyjoy again to buy some stars to attach in my travel book.
The stars are the sign of Texas.
